Thank you for visiting our web-site. This Privacy Policy informs you how (RPA) uses personal information collected at this web-site. The Customer has the right to know how your information is used. All information the Customer issues to (RPA) which includes the Safety4U.com.au I-shop is held in strict confidence and will not be used in any unauthorized manner. RPA requires the Customer to provide contact information, including email address, to complete the purchase or quotation process. RPA will utilize your email address to update the Customer about the Company and the Customer’s account details. The Company will also use the Customer’s email address to update the Customer from time to time, about other necessary information. 

ALL e-mail’s and newsletters from this site allow the Customer to opt out of further mailing’s. The Company may share information with Government agencies or other companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. The Company may do so, when permitted or required by law. RPA provides the user access to its web-site. A user’s account containing personal information can only be accessed by use of a user name and password. This user name and password information verifies the identity of the user before (RPA) will grant a user access to their account. 

The Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of their user name and password. SSL encryption protects sensitive financial information transferred to RPA or Safety4U.com.au i-shop or web-site. Credit card and other financial information is only used to process user payments. RPA i-shop e- commerce does not retain credit card details and does not use this information for any other purpose. Customer Credit Card information remains confidential to the credit service provider.

If you are under the age of 18 years old, you may only make payments with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Company will require this disclosure to be signed as part of the Credit Application form. Notice of Disclosure of Your Credit Reporting To A Credit Reporting Agency. Under Section 18E (8) (c) of the Privacy Act, the Credit Provider is allowed to forward to a Credit Reporting Agency personal information about your credit application. 

The information which may be forwarded to an Agency is covered by Section 18E (1) of the Act and includes- 

1. identify particulars as permitted by the commissioner’s determination issued under Section 18E (3). 

2. The fact that you have applied for credit and the amount 

3. the fact that the Credit Provider is a current Credit Provider to you 

4. payments which become overdue more than 60 days, and for which collection action has commenced 

5. advice that payments are no longer overdue 

6. cheques drawn by you which have been dishonoured more than once 

7. in specified circumstances, that in the opinion of the Credit Provider you have committed a serious credit infringement 

8. that credit provided to you by the Credit Provider hasn paid or otherwise discharged.
